You can find it in any craft store. It is actually not wire at all, it is a very fine nylon string. it is the same string used in magic tricks. it is very elastic and sometimes comes with several strands together. It doesn't show up on camera.
I think you did a very good job... im just getting into stop motion .. last night actually.. we posted the video .. its not really all that good.. but it was our first time. But Very nice job

Very cool video.
I also have to agree that it is great having the kids around when making an SM video.
Their imaginations have no limits.
I've always said the best of our SM vids are that I get to be with Melly for hours at a time.
