I Saw another Vid of this... The guy First pulled the Tonsil Flap forward then down (to open up the pocket more) and then swooped upward to lift them out.

Have you seen a doctor? Your throat and tonsils look very infected. I had a lot of tonsil problems and had surgery when I was 30. You should go see an ear, no, and throat specialist because I think you probably need your tonsils out ASAP.
