  • Ever notice how the vampires in these games are ALWAYS facing extinction ? geez you think after the 3rd or 4th time they would of fixed it somehow.

  • soo vorador tried to betray kain?

  • Only vampier who can swim

  • In blood omen vorador looks diffrent

  • when Raziel meets Vorador again (30 years after this meeting, from Vorador's perspective) in his Mansion, he simply shows him to Janos's corpse and instructs him to try and locate the Heart of Darkness to resurrect him. Why do you think he didn't do the same thing here? Maybe he was still distrustful of Raziel, but nothing had really changed in the time elapsed, except that Moebius's crusade had almost succeeded in its vampire genocide.

  • Vorador wasn't the first human to be turned by Janos Audron but the only human who embraced the dark gift and passed them on. He clearly different from Kain( Kain was brought back as a vampire by the necromancer Mortanius). Vampires created by vampire and vampires created by human sorcerers. What a mindfuck!!

  • @Deadman20101000 Actually, it's been explained that Vorador was the first human to be turned into a vampire, period.

  • I love how expressive their faces are animated, even Raziel's.

The storytelling and voice acting of this series is simply majestic.

  • How will act Kain & Vorador if they meets them selves right in this moment when Raziel appears?

  • Still the best game series of all time.

  • Indeed BO2 was not good. It was the only part not written by Amy Henning and it shows. When I played BO2 it lost all the feeling of the other Legacy of Kains. It lost that sense of dark, impending dread. From the music to the story's close attention to timeline and events, to the changes in the environments, everything felt like fate held in the balance, and the characters reinforced that well. BO2 felt.... predictable, forced, typical. But all hail the real LOK games!!

  • i love voradoe's dress sence, he looks so cool!

  • VORRY! *glomps*

  • Vorador looks smoking sexy

  • i love this game!<3

  • Raziel looks pretty human too me lmao

  • Vorador is rather enigmatic, yet also cynical. A very well designed character indeed. Almost like the Morgan Freeman of the Vampires.

Also, you will hear him read this text in his voice.

  • you're right, but not in BO2, the developers destroyed his personality badly..

  • Indeed. Terribly butchered. Reduced from a sado-hedonistic badass to a banterous old bat. Although, maybe death and rebirth can do that to you.

Regardless, Vorador was poorly portrayed in BO2. In fact, Blood Omen 2 wasn't exactly the best LoK game.

  • no

it was the worst, mainly because it completely disregarded continuity, the poor graphics which broke LOK's streak of having the best graphics for its time, and horrible gameplay

  • @swordninja567 Actually, it's the other way around.

LoK is most praised for it's sound quality & gameplay rather than those games you see today that are HD graphics-oriented and some sort of eye candy.

  • @GmodPlusWoW Yeah! I always thought his voice sounded familiar...

He sure reminds you of Morgan Freeman B)

  • @soul1112 Pretty much, although Vorador doesn't really sound as "black".

  • @GmodPlusWoW Actually...not to be racist, but he kinda does.

    *sigh*

I miss LoK, I mean...I'm currently a bit farther in Sr2, but I mean I seriously want a new game, a novel to the series, whatever.

This might sound delusional seeing as Amy left Eidos...but I don't think it's can be too late, they lost hope for a new one because Defiance didn't get much sales as they expected, it must've been because BO2 influenced a bit because it was below-average.

  • demon/vampire demon/vampire hmm maybe hylden maybe vampire heheheh the look on his face when he confronted Janos

  • I would call him an "angle of death"

  • Not really. There are many angles of death. If you get hit by something with a 30 degree angle, you've had it, laddie. 270 degrees is yet another angle of death. If your spine's bend that way, you're effectively snapped in two.

Although in all honesty, Raziel's actually a wraith, a vampire spirit attuned to the Spectral Realm, no longer requiring blood, but instead sustaining themselves on the spectral stuffing of souls.

  • oh I meant "Angel of Death"

  • And I was just playing with words.
