I got a couple friends of mine who are homeless in LA county where you live and who became homeless because the government (the liberal government I might add)controlled them and ran things for them. They were banned from moving from California to Colorado to take a job, but government braned tgen mentally ill with Asperger's syndrome because they were unemployed for over a year, banned from traveling, had their assets seized by the state and forced on SSI. They only get 450$ a month and are not allowed to work. One of them I know of lives on skid row, the other in Venice. Thats what liberals want..
