It is so obvious the Incas did not build Sacsayhuaman; such conventional conjecture is extremely naive & is apart of an outdated & antiquated paradigm of linear history. Clearly, the Incas "inherited" these ruins just as the Ancient Egyptians "inherited" the Great Pyramids of Giza. These ruins preexisted & were constructed in a former Earth Age by a former global technoculture that became extinct by a trans-terrestrial cosmocataclysm. Conventional interpretation of ancient history is wrong.
