  • Dude Thanks for the advise.I'am 6.3 and I used to be 330 pounds now I'am 220.I've started to notice this so while I'am continueing to loss wheight.P.S. I hope no small dick losers are giving you a hard time.

  • If I lose 1kg of fat, I will actually be underweight, but my loose skin makes it seem like i'm not.. So yeah, I guess I will just have to be patient and not gain weight again...

  • yo man i use the cocoa butter nd olive oil at the same time ?

  • 6-8liters but if u drink 5liters u die =O

  • Your video was recommended to me, and I'm glad it was! First off, congratulations on your weight loss - over 100 pounds! That's quite an accomplishment, and I am SO happy for you! I am on my own weight loss journey, to date 40-odd pounds down. My goal is to lose 100 pounds (or a bit more to be at the weight considered healthy for my height and bone structure). I SWEAR by MSM. I chug liquid msm, as well as dry body brushing, and scrubbing with soap with powdered msm. Thanks for sharing!

  • you look good in the halloween vid i gotta lose bout 120lbs i hope my gut doesnt get loose.

  • i lost 70 pounds and im 16 and i lift weights and do alot of cardio and i diet extreme and my body hasnt changed since i lost weight its really fucking annoying

  • ًWow!! Thanks, aloott!!!

  • he kissed his hand.hahaha

  • For some reason I loled at the hand on chin explanation.

  • @Cd7up lol I noticed that when ever one of videos does really well I pimple is there...I believe God put it there to remind me not to let it all go to my head. Pimples keep me grounded...I suppose waiting for the popped pimple to dry first would have been the easiest solution but meh, the show must go on!

  • try this for your pimples: go to farahdhukai..search her youtube pg n search How to get clear skin, remove acne, and dark circles...hope tht helps

  • Could you post topless photos? maybe before and after photos?

  • thank you...and I tip mine to you :)

  • "healthy social network" I love that phrase.. I think I might steal it from you.

You are good.. positive thinking.. we tip our hats to you! :-) Thank you!

  • it can be a real challenge to get rid of negative feelings or unpleasant memories but we can do it....I have for sure been there! Force your mind to think healthy thoughts and the results will be healthy! :-) Peers are good, depending who they are.. Healthy peers are the best, not those who just focus on vain appearance and meaningless motives..

  • @GuyJon57 Negative thoughts are always going to be there but what I learned is this: they're just thoughts. Nothing about them are real...I treat them as I would a negative comment from a random person somewhere in the world who's watched my video on YouTube. However I hear what you're saying about a healthy social network. It's really important..

  • what do you mean by body image? u seem like a confident man...

  • @GuyJon57 I'm self assured which means I know my worth however there are the negative thoughts that try to consume me. No matter how confident or self assured a person is they still want acceptance from peers which sometimes means looking the best we can.

  • i admire your courage to speak out this way..... good for you :-)

  • @GuyJon57 thanks...it was hard losing the weight and just as hard filling my body up with good stuff...to this day I still struggle with body image but I have come a long way :)

  • He's Chin is lose too? He keep holding it! Lol sorry, can't help it, I got to say it. jajajaja I guess he respond that!. He is cute

  • @adrianaveliz funny story...I'm covering my chin in this video because I had just popped a pimple minutes before shooting. True I could have waited for the bleeding to stop but as the old saying goes: the show must go on. thanks for noticing :P

  • @adrianaveliz read the comment I left for @adrianavellz it explains everything :)

  • He's Chin is lose too? He keep holding it! Lol sorry, can't help it, I got to say it.

  • im fifteen and ive lost like 60 pounds and im trying to get to a hundred i really hope doing resistance training will help

  • @fuchalo start weight training asap.

  • good 1

  • When you refer to olive oil, do you mean mixed in with the cocoa rub and rubbed into the skin, or taken as a supplement?

  • @MrAnimalJones I do both. Olive Oil is a great source of Omega 3 which helps with skin, nails and memory. Just remember not to over do it because after all it's still oil which means fat.

  • Thank you so much. I feel so much better about losing weight. Honestly, its to the point that it calms me down. I appreciate this video and its helping me during my journey to lose weight. Im trying to lose 100 pounds and I have 10 pounds off so far. But yea, thanks again for this video.

  • @Focus1641 Congrats on not only losing the weight but the positive attitude. You have no idea how long it took me to think the way you do. Good luck and keep me posted!

  • Great video - lots of very useful info, and you're a great speaker/presenter. Thanks so much!

  • In August 2009 I tipped the scale at 305lbs! In February 2010 I lost 145lbs and have been keeping it off since then, My job thought to celebrate my weight loss by giving me an abush makeover (look up Channels 3' Eddie Gets An Ambush Makeover) the shirt given to me by Banana Republic is actually a small! But my new body is building, even as we speak (when strength training muscle grows during rest after a workout). I can share what body look like now...just PM me.

  • @togaida

I'm around 270 lbs, 6'1 and 22 years old. If i loose that 70 pounds, will i get that excess skin?

Should i do mostly cardio or mostly weight lifting or both? And did you get rid of your loose skin?

  • @BIGDADDYF50 cardio and weight training are equally important. Keep up both! How's your water intake?

  • @togaida here's my email phunkybrats@gmail.com

  • A few doctors and dermatologists would never suggest using food products or food byproducts as a medical topical/ointment because it may actually make things worse with other skin problems from allergic reactions to exaserbating existing skin conditions. The best way is what you said before, for most build muscle, not only will your muscles fill the skin out you'll look good, or just plain old fashion exercising and plenty of water...I lost 145lbs and had plenty of excess skin.

  • @togaida congrats on the weight loss. I never thought about that some people may be allergic to some foods. Thanks for mentioning it.

  • I'm now 18 and am trying to lose 80 pounds. Should I expect a lot of loose skin?

  • @XFry333X yes, but you are young it will tighten up eventually :)

  • Hello im a 17 Years old male i went to 150 Killo grams in the last year and now i have lost 35 Killos in 5 months so now im at 115 and im still going on but man my skin is really really fucked up so do i have a chance to make it tight?

  • @abdlol you're young enough to fix this. Start weight training and cardio asap! Start eating healthy and drink lots of water. Keep me posted...I'll help where I can!

  • fagget aka homo

  • @omarrodriguez92 fuck off

  • Thanks for the advice. It is much appreciated.

  • WTF? I just clicked the other vid, stomach looks good. I am definitely doing that my stomach looks pretty gpod but not as tight as that! (Mine is not apparent because my pecs and arms are pretty muscled) but way to go! I am going to follow that

  • @OKzs you're lucky you have a great chest and arms. No matter how much I work out my chest is flat...I blame my mom.

  • Well I am almost 16 now and lost 26 Kg's all up from what i was and that was about 96 Kg's I was never always at 96 but always around that mark. Since i have lost that weight i have started going to the gym but i am noticing loose skin and its not a great deal of it but its enough to make me not like seeing it, basically i was wondering naturally will my skin go back to it normal size or will i have to do something to get it back to normal if someone could comment me back it would help allot

  • Is 25 too old for tightening loose skin?

  • @TallT703 Not at all! Start weight training and cardio right now!

  • is 25 yrs old still young and early enough to tighten up loose skin?

  • @TallT703 yes definitely! If you have any questions send me an email. good luck.

  • thanx for your advice, you really cheered me up i was starting to lose hope on my extra skin.

  • @gonzalis18 so happy to know that I'm helping. If you have any questions or need to vent please send me an email. Keep up the great work!

  • thanks for the post, very informative... cheers!

  • In past two years I've lost about 35-40kg, and loose skin was the only remainder of my former super-sized days. I've done thousands of crunches in past six months, combined with some jogging and some bike riding and things are improving now. It still looks a little loose, especially around my stomach, but there is visible progress. Arm yourself with patience, people, it's the only weapon you have. It works for me. Good luck!

  • @Oink84 excellent advice! Patience is key and so is self-acceptance.

  • The 2 pack on the upper part of the stomach is already uncovered and I can see them , but the lower part I can barely see them. When I walk or run, my stomach (especually lower part) kinda shakes a lot and it seems like it's fat. I know that I have to be patient to tighten that skin, but do you recommend to use that cocoa butter as an extra stuff that will help me tighten my loose skin. I really want to have six pack, but of what I read, there is no way to tighten loose skin. Thx :)

  • Comment removed

  • @gr0gi1 Don't worry you're not alone. I can feel my 6-pack under there but you can't really see it but that's ok. I know they're there and that's all that matters. Coco butter will help with the stretch marks as long as the marks are red. I hear the white stretch marks are permenent.

  • Nice tips mate, I am following the same rules you said except the cocoa butter and olive oil thing, but I don't know how much they can help in tightening the skin, because I have a lot of loose skin. I am 16 years and I have lost 55 pounds in 3 months. I didn't have any info about loose skin when I started losing weight. But, now I am weight training and doing crunches a lot, also I am drinking 2-3 litres of water per day. Hope this helps, and I will be fit for the summer. Thanks again.

  • @gr0gi1 glad to help and keep it up!

  • hello fine sir u look amazingggg!!!!! I just wanna know how long should i do this until i start seeing results? i dont have much loose skin just a bit and im 16 if that helps please write back as soon as u can

  • This cleared up a few things for me, very helpful video...

  • @LeafsFan120 make it a lifestyle as you do with weight training, cardio, eating right and drinking water.

  • yup, all those are necessary, ive gained significant muscle since the last time i posted a comment on here and that has help tremendously (time itself most likely played an important role too) i still have a lil bit of loose skin on the sides of my stomach but im confident it will go away with continued training. i hope all is still going good with your healthy life style

  • thanks dude. nice to hear positivity, good tips.

    x

  • you said that we should avoid preservatives but how can i do that if almost everything has preservatives? can you explain what type of things i can eat without them thanks...

  • hello my name is Greg, i'm on my school's swim team, two years ago i was really fat. well not that much but i was i went from a 38 waist to a 28 and now i have skin in my arms, stomach and my thighs.. can you please help me :(

  • @GRAPvids swimming is a great toning exercise (think swimmer build) you can step it up with weight training. Send me an email if you have anymore questions.

  • great video!

  • I have loose skin and stretch marks.

I lost about 90-100 pounds nearly 3 years ago.

I think I'm stuck with the loose skin forever, unfortunately...

  • Man I feel ya, I just lost 82 pounds, hopefully muscle building and home remedies will fix it...

  • Nahh dont worry bro! If you are an adult you can save money to have surgery to get it removed :-)

  • but yeah i dont find it hard to loose weight but it is pretty hard keeping it off...like i can drop 30 lbs in a month but then after probably like 5 months or longer i get most of it back. but to drop it i just ate not so much and exercised minimally, andd you can smoke weed excessively but just eat your regular breakfast lunch and dinner and dont give in to the munchies! you lose weight too fast though its prolly unhealthy lmao but yeah the munchies is becuase smoking weed raises yo metab. alot

  • haha omg lmao at the end talking about the pimple

  • tnks dude :) man do u need to take some proteins or something? i mean for the muscle mass....

  • "How I tightened my skin"

    pics wanted

  • GO into my uploaded videos and find the halloween special - I lift up my shirt. There's also a link on my loose skin video. Other than that I won't be doing any nude photoshoots in the future :)

  • How much loose skin did you have? And how long did it take you to tighten it all up? I lost lots of weight nearly 3 years and still have loose skin.

  • i had to see your video and i didnt find you lift the shirt

second i asked you a question and u didnt answer , how much time DOES IT TAKES

  • you weren't looking at the right video then :) Again, depending on how much weight you lost, how you lost it (ie/ starving yourself) and what your work out routine consists of will determine how long it will take. BTW, I DON'T need to answer every single question. I suggest that you do what all of us have done: do some independent research on your own and figure out how to create your best body.

  • i am researching for a whole year and all what i hear is the same bullshit thought u had experience in this but nothing seems to work starting from the Loreal creams to useless vitamin supplements

  • do you work out?

  • yes i do

  • nudee photoshoot!

  • dont forget to pre-heat the oven to 450 before you apply the olive oil

  • U should NOT drink that much water, it's bad for you

  • thanks for this video...very helpful!!!

  • Thank you so much for being honest and putting in all your hard work. So many people lose a bunch of weight and then think that their only option is plastic surgery when really all they need to do is build muscle and drop their body fat.

  • this was more insightful than the "how to/lab coat" vids. Thanks man!

  • ha! lol! im 14 and ive lost 30 pounds and started to get loose skin...." jiggling skin" lol...... well i guess im lucky..... u said the younger the better...... so i guess thats a positive for me now lol

  • hey.hi.could u tell me wats ur email id.got some questions to ask dude...

  • what capsuls??

  • Thank for making this video. I have lost almost 50lbs over the last 4 months and have just started to get skin ripples and stretch marks on stretch marks. I already do a large amount of weight so it will try Coco butter.

    Your stomach looks awesome! Congrats.

  • Very good tips, thanks!

  • Can you please tell us fat people what you did to loose all that weight?

  • @Starmexus84 weight loss can be different for everybody, but exercise and proper nutrition is the most important key to get better results but you must understand that it is a lifestyle change and it takes all of your mental strength to do so, there are people wo start and stop and then they feel bad but I tell them, there is one thing to stop but it's another to quit all together...but I will expand on your question

  • @Starmexus84 to start off, keep this in mind: weight loss is 45% nutrition, 45% weights (lift), 10% cardio or core exercising. what ever your intake is now divide that up into 5 small meals (be sure to have a 1500-2000 calorie diet). What help me understand food digestion is this (sorry in advance) it takes the human body 2-3 days to "evacuate" food, what you ate monday would leave your body Wed. or Thurs., so if your taking in more than 2000 calories each day this is how one gains weight

  • @Starmexus84 to Start off losing weight, change your diet, cut out white processed foods, sugar, white bread, rice, potatos, milk etc. you can eat rye, wheat, or pump breads with low sodium lean meats, oats and non fat milk and nuts (these have the good fats that help burn fat. Remember diet is only what and how you are eating, not how are you starving. I'll share one day of my food intake.

  • @Starmexus84 Morning 8oz Simply [brand] OJ or Grapefruit juice, 8 oz. non-fat milk8 oz oatmeal no sugar or art. sweetners, I may put 1 teaspoon peanut butter or sugar free jelly for flavor, 8 oz H2O. 3 hrs. later, I'll eat a palmsize/amount of unsweetend dried fruit or unsweetened, unsalted nuts, 8oz H2O. 3hrs. later I'll have a whole low sodium lean chicken or turkey sandwich, half a slice of cheese grapes, 8 oz H2O. 3hrs later Brn. rice, lean turkey chicken or fish, salad (sm) 16 oz H20.

  • @Starmexus84 for exercise, depending on your weight, start off light, take a brisk walk around your neighborhood progressing to further distances each week or when desired, for 15-20 or 30 min. if you can't do sit ups, yet, swing a bat, punch a bag, or simply dance, doesn't matter if you don't know how to, your just movng the midsection (only part of body that is stationary) these exercises are full body workouts for 10-20 minutes switch sides for all exercises. Food should be an after thought.
