I hiked up this mountain last year. Theres one section of the trail that is SUPER steep that is all solid rock. In the dark you will BREAK YOUR ASS for sure if you didnt have a headlamp or flashlight. One thing ive learned about hiking over the years is this...Be prepared for anything...even if you are going out for a few hours.

I don't even want to know what it must have looked like in the daylight where we got stuck. Thankfully, we figured it out; it could have ended very bad...

Yea, that was a pretty ridiculous night, Giacomo but we made it out of there and you did good at the competition, so it wasn't all bad.

Hey PAZIO lucky i know you >:-) Brother it's harder than it looks if you do something stupid like me and not head down before dusk and have no light. Locals who have done it hundreds of times get lost in the daylight. Not that it excuses my irresponsible behavior. But yea, it was pretty stupid of me

HAHA yea I never understood why people would get so overwhelmed, spastic and confused in Nyc when they would visit from out of town :)
