  • I've heard that it is better to continue moving the PC around when you turn it off, instead of just keeping it still and turn it off. What is your opinion?

  • I can see the reason for keeping a rotary moving when you turn it off but the PC is NOT going to matter as it is not going to damage anything. If anything, it will keep you from having a little polish build up where you stop but other than that, it really doesn't matter at all.

  • yeah the thing that they said it would prevent is a little bit of a build up but i didnt think it was that big of a deal.

  • No worries. Wasn't trying to be an ass. Member at LHforums btw.

  • I didn't take it that way all! No apologies necessary!

  • You started with a 1ft by 1ft area, but clearly finished with a much larger area. What gives? Do you start the next section basically over lapping the last area done?

  • No, what you saw was the nature of the beast when it comes to paint correction. If you work one spot long enough, you will eventually enlarge it! lol!

If you were here, you would have seen that the outer edges of my growing area were not that well corrected so in reality, only a 1' area really received the brunt of the repair.

  • please define "breaks all the way down"

  • Pay attention.
