How to Refill HP 21 or HP 300 Black Printer Ink Cartridge

I did all the same things but when I tried to clean the bottom,but no ink came out.......how??? Please respond......P.S. and it did not print ........ :(

I fnone still come sout, then you need to clean it, becaus eit is all dried up.

@TipsiTesy then it may be clogged, try to wrap it cartridge with clean film, immerse the cartridge bottom in a bowl of boiling water for about 10 min, but the water level about 1/4 - 1/2 of cartridge, and make sure no water get in the cartridge. this is my method only apply after the cartridge has been filled with ink.

how do you know how much amount you should put before it overflows?

The truth is, you just have to be very careful. You wont normally get more than 5ml in.
