I just want to share something with you girls about this movie: When man is acting really stupid like Gregory and you love him, just dump him ! He will come back for sure, he just must realize that without you he is nothing... Believe me, they ALWAYS come back :)
@TheMrskth If you were an actor or producer on this film, having to live from whatever it makes at the box office - would you want other people to simply download it somewhere without paying you one cent royalties? Or perhaps ask this way: Say, you own a newspaper stand and some idiot is copying all pages around the next corner and selling for away for next to nothing - would you appreciate that? Do you think the overall economy can work that way?
@TheMrskth Perhaps you are right, but this does not make stealing right, does it? Ever thought of what e.g. the Chinese will do once they have copied (=stolen) all the knowledge and designs from the West? You do not want to allow them to copy, do you ? Many people do all over the world are doing about the same - stealing intellectual property and thereby disregarding the old principle of paying for what you buy before "leaving the store". I do not like this trend but perhaps I am old school
@rorikjunior 1st of all dont come at me as if im the only person that goes on u tube to watch movies.2nd someone had to buy the movie in order for them to burn it on their computers,link it to the web,3 most of the movies on here was recorded or made for tv.this movie is nearly 15 yrs old.whatever the movie was worth they already got paid for it .
@rorikjunior and the next time u wanna protest the argument life isnt fair stand in line,every one has a complaint of when justice wasnt done. if u think by commenting on u tube u made a difference,u sadly mistaken,the only thing u have done was waste yours and mine time

Good film - very funny too - the ending scene is great.What a lovely romantic scene ! One of the best ever, I think - Dancing in the street early in the morning with the handsome Jeff Bridges. I'd love that. If one day i finally found someone, i will dream of dancing with him the same way as they did in this film. Barbra is wonderful too, she really shines . If it does happen, I will be left with an unforgettable memory that I will treasure for the rest of my life.
Lauren Bacall..what a beauty. Was it very wise Barbra to cast someone who could have easily played a far more attractive older sister, as your mother. lol. Lovely movie.
I can't believe that she was 44 when she made this movie. When I first saw it, I thought she was 35. I think she is very beautiful, especially for a woman in her age.

Please, she didn't deserve an Oscar that year and she most definitely doesn't deserve an honorary Oscar.
Honorary Oscars are meant for people with stellar careers, not a woman who rode her husband's coattails and could barely get a hit after his death.
