This video is incorrect. On the GMAT, the two sub-prompts will NEVER conflict each other. Sub-prompt 1 results in 64 being the only solution, while sub-prompt 2 results in 27 or -27 being the only solutions. This situation will never happen on the GMAT. This concept is something that is every important to learn in order to solve some of the most complicated questions.
Beyond that, sub-prompt 2 has two solutions -- 27 and -27. Therefore, your solution is incorrect. The answer should be A.
