Hi, ASLElla, Thanks for the complient! ;) It is really based on my experience. I guess as a Counselor at my heart, I get those ideas. I talked this issues with friends over many years after I experienced mine. No book at this time, smile. I would have gone and get this book, thanks.
important and timely topic...and interesting perspectives. Im curious where you got the ideas from..you were looking at something to guide your discussion. I recommend you read the book "Three Ways of Getting Things Done" by Gerald Fairtlough (I did a series of 4 vlogs summarizing the book--but best is to read) and think about its points re organization and leaders and "feedback" (via Voice & Exit). Thanks for doing this vlog.
