well say u trans at 4:30, reset will still be at at 5:00

@TheXboxSux interesting that you've changed your "SPEARS SUCK" opinion. glad you have an open mind. however, those invincibility frames will be heaven for massive bosses later on. indeed, spears are the highest burst damage class in the game due to glide spam, but swords with r7 slip (r6 in mabi heroes) is broken. in some later bosses, you simply cannot safely glide 100% of the time, nor can you do it often enough. at that stage, the weak damage of DC is forgivable. swords are fine~

Enlighten me as to where I said spears suck. I've always thought that a half competent spear lann in a party situation can deal really good dmg. Solo is another story.

@LunateLights I will question the 2ndary DPS though. you are correct since, in most runs, spears use spin2win. glide spam, though, allows them to lead in damage. every boss up to now has openings in which you can safely use gliding fury, even spider and lagho (however in there, evies usually dominate). humanoid bosses (which are the majority), however, have to turn to face targets and all have openings, and thus can easily be glide spammed.

BUT, thats unrealistic. sadly, most spears spin2win.

Thus, why lanns in general are secondary dps. I don't count the minority of the bunch that actually know how to LR crit glide and dash smash glide to victory in tougher situations. However, i'm not speaking about vindictus, which is Mabinogi heroes on easymode. I'm referring to KR MH on boat 6 and beyond. Lanns end up doing far less dps then, and become meat shields instead. Hell, properly ranked fionas can out dps them later on.

@3M1N3MB3ST are you sure you directed that at the right person? im one of the people who remind people that spear lanns have the highest *potential* damage output with glide spamming (not spin2win, s2w is strictly party abuse and coordination). scythes have their perks with threading bosses and large burst damage, but they dont outdamage spears when a lann can consistently glide. if youre talking about locking, of course scythes cant lock as well as spears, mr. obvious.
