if you had bandwidth on your internet connection, you would definitely use too much because it's constantly connecting to the internet to upload data. An easier way would be to use Dorgem and upload a very small (around 90kb) jpeg image every 3-5 seconds using ftp. That way you can see everything, and it uses a fraction of the size uStream would. Or you could use port forwarding on an ip camera.

Yeah, that is possible. When you use password-protection in video, you can only you see video (better use that :P). And if you can screen your computer and manage hide that UStream-window (example: TrayIt!-app), then 70% no one can see that ur passwords is watching ;)
