So the Processor is what really makes the game smooth then? Because I have an HD Radeon 6970 2gb, but I have to keep view distance, detail distance, vehicle density and shadow density at 0. Because if I raise it, it lags. So if I get an i7 processor, along with a new motherboard, will this make the game run crystal clear with no lag at all?

@dancivuk yea sure you can run it fine on low Resolutions ! with low - Medium Settings ..... as I also used to play it on my pc with AMD Sempron 140 2.7 Ghz (now Core i5 2400 :D) and a HD 4350 ! It was running like 20 FPS :D

@MrTNJFILMS If you mean all settings on max.. so no.. 1gig RAM is too low and for good playing you need atlast 4-core CPU and GPU 512mb+ . I have Intel Core Q8400 2.66, 2 GB RAM, NGTX560 Ti and I can run this game at maxx settings without lagging but my RAM is overload because it is too low.
