@augury010 He probably rescued it, or someone he knows rescued it and gave it to him to take care of it. Seeing the upload date of this video suggests that it may have been blown out of a tree during a hurricane. I lived in North Carolina, and when Hurricane Fran came thru, we found 2 baby squirrels from a tree that had been damaged by the winds. One was injured and died, but we put the other back by the nest, and the mother took care of it from there.

lol, either that's a pet, or all the squirrels in your area are totally carefree and aren't afraid of humans hurting them. in my town, you get 3 to 4 feet close, and they're GONE! now for lost baby squirrels, you canget as close as you like. except for one thing.... momma will jump out of nowhere like a freaking ninja and chew your figers off if you touch it. I would say that 2 to 3 inches is safest. xD
