Hello Bhavana, in this vedio u told to soak moong daal for couple of hours.. If we soak moong daal for overnight..will it effect taste and texture of vada?
I made this for me and my friends last night and we enjoyed very very much. thank u, reminded me of my sist in india as she makes similar thats why i m gonna call u bhavnaben now onwards, thanks again and please add singapore noodles receipe as i cant find that in vegan and checked ur channel too.. thanks
Thanx for making me sister...Singapore noodles are my favorite as well. You can find recipe on my new website bhavnaskitchendotcom. Haven't done video yet but will soon do video even if possible...Enjoy!
- If I use moong (assuming whole moong) daal, will soaking it overnight still be good enough to grind it with minimal water?
- For making the waffles, can I skip the rice flour? I don't have it at home and I was wondering if I could substitute with something else or skip it all together.
@SuperVeggieDelight Everyone feels differently, but I love your videos and don't think they need to be shorter at all. Please don't change a thing. Thanks for all the great videos!
I use same oil second time if it's good and clean. After second use I discard in milk container or in the plastic bag and throw away. I do not use oil more than two times no mater how good oil is even after two uses..
i just noticed that u use same parts of video on both dal vada and bhagat muthia videos only replacing the words dal vada instead of muthia in the begining.. :) hehe i was watching this one and i was like "wait i already saw this step" since the process is the same :)
I love ur recipes even tho im not a big fan of vegetarian food but i watch ur videos and everything looks soo delicious :) thank you
yes, making vada steps are same for both recipes but I wanted to share no fry option. And sometimes, it makes big difference on search engine. If I just put bhagat muthiya, if someone searching for vadas, my video doesn't come on search engine. So I try to do all possible ways so people can find what they looking for...enjoy!
Bhavna Beti ki Jay. Wonderful as usual I usually love Mung Wada. I remember whenmy mom used to make it and I could not wait till the first batch is fried and mom puts it in a plate. Ashirvad as always.
Oh yah...those are the great memory and my hubby lives any dal vadas a lot with tea....specially when the weather is rainy or cloudy and little bit cool...enjoy!
