Im loving the skill level of the BW professional players, and I loved the game back then when i played it as a kid. Unfortunately that still doestn change the fact that when I look at the graphics now... The game looks like shit xD I cannot understand how some of the BW pros still havent switched to SC2.

@JehutyFIN Use your deductive powers. It's not that hard. You ask the question why the pros don't play sc2. Well in case you still haven't figured it out, sc2 is shit! Ok, the graphics are better, but the gameplay is much worse. Korea is the home of progaming. Do you really think they would transfer to an inferior product just to be fashionable? No. BW is more cerebral, more intricate, more strategic and much more exciting. Aesthetics don't even come into the equation

of course it will be more exciting but i give enough credit to blizzard to make sc2 just as balanced (which is quite amz in sc1 how the balance is maintained by the 3 races )

you can see the scene diminishing more and more groups disbanded and msl is off

as much as it pains me to say it its a matter of time .

Muta gives zerg to easy to transition into defiler.

Ultras actually do well against marines. The only other choice you really have is using lurkers. But late game, as long as they have no mech, ultras are better.

In fact, if a zerg player is not good with flanking, he can go hydra/lurker into plague/lurker. Very powerful strategy, counter to SK terran and not as passive as lurker/ling.

SWL stands for Shinhan Bank Winners League. SWL has now gone into the play offs. #3 and #4 place finishers in the league, KTF and SKT respectively, faced off in the first round of the play offs.

The winner of that game, KTF, had to play the #2 finisher from the league (Hwaseung Oz) for a place in the grand finals against the #1 finisher in the league -- CJ Entus. This is the game you just saw.

Thus Hwaseung Oz and CJ Entus will face off in the finals of SWL next week.

This is the first time in a couple of years that they've used the Winners League format for team play. Previously it was called Proleague. Player rosters were pre-set and you couldn't all-kill. I think they'll go back to Proleague format for team play after this Winners League.

This is indeed the BEST TVZ game for a long time. (of cuz everyone knows boxer VS NCYellow is always the best all time)

Flash was going to win at one point, taking 2 additional bases, and destroying Jaedong's 1 base.

Jeadong's mad hydra+luker and vessel sniping is just pure art...

It's only within margins of advantage/error between the two. The result could be changed if Flash was able to keep more vessels, and scout the early expansion.
