Go to their site, log in, and edit/delete your cards like you want them. Unfortunately, we still have to deal with the CS reps to cancel, but for everything else - just do it yourself online.
@hjkdillon Yes there is, one in davenport IA, one in cedar rapids ia, Arizona, Nebraska, and etc. The thing with siriusxm that they have companys for them providing the Customer Service. More of CS is outsourced but Our departments have CS, Retention, And Dealer Support. Advice, 18009987900 is a better phone number to call for the states.

I spent about the same amount of time talking to Sirius Satellite Radio before before terminating my service with them. The last representative I talked to the first thing I asked him was, was he in the U.S.? He assured me that he was. The first guy I could barely understand. I understand your frustration, brother. UPDATE: In June, the circus started all over again. I called and came unglued on them and cancelled the service. They came back and gave me three months free service and now I pay less than half of what I used to pay. Morons.

lmao....if they can't read something off of the card, they are stumped...this sounds like me, but with other issues..morons, they are complete morons..
I just canceled them, it took 2 tries, and as expected, they "had no record of" the first cancellation request. The 2nd time, I got my login information and could actually verify that my balance was zero, but I don't trust them to keep it that way. I will not give them my credit card information again and would NEVER trust them with a debit card after having read accounts of people who got mysterious $500 charges and had to go through hell to maybe get their money back.
All of their over-used "understanding," "apologizing" & feeling "sorry" for me just ticks me off more! LOL
Wow. A whole $20 for probably 2 hours of your time wasted on the phone w/ them. Whoopteedo. Tell them you want to cancel & see how many months they give u. I got 3 months free on 3 radios! (And, I DID - or tried to - cancel my service.) :)

I actually work for customer service for siriusxm and i have to deal with these situations daily, its always the forgein call centers who mess it up.
