  • that is one of the reasons why i want to be a medic, so i can help people like these. Be strong and dont ever give up.

  • I cannot stand the "dramatic" eye closing this show puts in every episode.

  • Idiots. Just like people who teach their mute babies sign language. I know this is a sick kid and, but the absolute worst thing you can do for a developmentally delayed child is give them a crutch like that. You figure they'll temporarily use it and then start to learn how to walk and speak? Children are just as lazy as adults, and love to take the easier road. That child probably won't walk till he's at least ten because you gave him a wheelchair he didn't need. Dumbasses.

  • @fantabulousK

That is not why people teach their children sign language. It actually has no delay on the development of speech and it actually reduces stress in the baby since they are able to convey what it is that they need. There is no connection between being in a wheelchair and sign language. This child is probably getting intensive physical therapy. Neurological disorders are very complicated and it's not that easy.

  • @kanary90 It was an EXAMPLE of giving a child an easier way to do things that will eventually stop them from doing it the right way. If your child has shown you he can walk, then he shouldn't have a wheelchair. If your child has teeth, he shouldn't be breastfed. If your child can use the toilet, he shouldn't be in Good 'Nites. If your child can say words, he shouldn't learn sign language. IDIOT.

  • @fantabulousK Try working with kids that work their butts off to try to stand and learn to walk but are unfortunately are unable to. It has absolutely nothing to do with laziness. It's not a crutch, it's a tool. There are so many contributing factors to a child with a developmental delay. Try working with children with developmental disabilities first and then tell us they're lazy.

  • @kanary90 I have - LAZY. I grew up with a girl with downs. She can walk, talk, anything DISPITE being cross-eyed. She sees fine, talks fine, walks fine. Why? We TREATED HER LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. We didn't get her a chair when she could WALK. We didn't teach her sign language when she could TALK. No kid will be normal if being abnormal is this easy. He'll rely on that chair forever now. It was STUPID AND LAZY getting a chair just for speed; the kid CAN WALK. He did it in the video!

  • @fantabulousK you have no logic whatsoever. nothing you say counts

  • @kanary90 Did I mention I have aspergers. Technically I'm delayed too. My mom never taught me sign language or got me a wheelchair. You know why? I didn't NEED them and neither does this kid. Giving him these ways to cheat the lessons we naturally have to learn in life is going to leave him weak and delayed when he could have been just like everyone else. Just because we're handicapped, doesn't mean we have to be retarded. But thanks to his parents and people like YOU, this child will be.

  • @fantabulousK

Yours is one example. Just because something was right for one child or even two does not make it right for everyone.

  • @QueenBeeBeeMarie Oh but YOU and YOUR experience exceeds that of any "expert" out there? @kanary90 is just some ego-inflated dumbass that went out, took a four week course at a community college, bought herself some flash cards and thinks she's suddenly the authority on all childhood mental disorders. I'm telling you, give a kid positive re-enforcement, tell them they can do it, and they WILL do it. Treat a kid like they're different and like they're retarded and they will BE retarded.

  • @fantabulousK

No,I am no expert but, neither are you. So,why are you preaching like your experience overrules any expert?

  • @fantabulou if that were the truth, that it so simple, scientists would have found that ages ago. its so easy to speak from the basement on your computer. you should not be allowed to comment knowing zilch about human development

  • @QueenBeeBeeMarie Seriously, it's the same thing ALL THE TIME. "Timmy is running around... let's medicate him." MAYBE Timmy just likes to fucking run? Maybe you should stop parenting from the couch and take him to a park and let him fucking run. "My kid can't talk yet, I'm going to have some douche teach him sign language." MAYBE you should just teach him to fucking TALK? "My kid can't walk yet, let's put him in a wheelchair." Come on idiots.

  • @fantabulousK I truly wish it was that simple but,it's not. Your case was one in a million or more out there. It's just not that simple.

  • @fantabulousK your an idiot for assuming that they haven't tried to teach him to walk with his disorder. plus he is way past his age to not be walking so obviously its not as simple as you think weirdo

  • @fantabulousK your a straight retard. you have no brain fucking weirdo

  • that is so sad

  • god bless that child

  • cute a** baby! :D

  • BUT hes a tough little kid. Go Landyn! :)

  • What a cute baby and Dont bash what the doctor says. Hes only guessing why the kid flips out and gets sick

  • hes adorable :3

  • I'm sorry - but that kid has something more going on than just a diagnosis of the upgaze. He clearly has a more serious neurological problem and I hope they find out more. He is a very cute kid!

  • they are mad because a RARE UNCOMMON DISEASE was not diagnosed like a regular disease.

  • hate seeing the kids in pain!!! hope he grows up 2 b jus lyk every1 else !!!

  • try eating more fruit

  • cute kid

  • i hope landyn gets better bless him:)

  • I get worried if cuts/bruises don't go away in 2 days, I heal really quickly.

  • awww he's so cute!

  • i wish this family the very best, love prevails all.

  • Pause at 2:17. Such a cutie pie!!! Bless him and his family!

  • this is just sad, this kid doesn't deserve it. the people who need a taste of their own medicine are always perfectly fine. UGH!

  • the music at 2:27 is used everywhere

  • @Idellle i mean 4:19

  • so is he like retarded?

  • @metallica606 What a beautiful sense of tact you have. :\

  • i reckon Landen will talk and walk, itll just take him longer

  • @Godsclaws My son has a rare condition knowen as tuberous scleroisis at 4years old he has the same physical skills as a normal child his age however like landen he still does not speak he cooes and bables but hes very awear of his surroundings. yes I believe he will. it may take time but hel overcome the obstacles in his way

  • @mymomenttoshine all the best for your son. with the right encouragement and stimulation hopefully he will talk one day! :)

  • Wel I know why! Doctors don't know everything!!! Goddd....

  • @jbjustinlovsme True, but sometimes it takes "so long" because doctors won't listen to the patient, writing off the symptoms as nothing or all in your head. Or they keep testing for a disease that you know you don't have, because the test came back negative when the first doctor did the test. This happened to me with Crohn's, and then with acid reflux. Now, I can understand why rare diseases take longer to diagnose, because they are rare. But it would be shorter if the patient is actually heard.

  • They always wonder why I takes "so long" for them to diagnosis. Wel

  • such a cute baby

  • He's really cute, but this is freaky.

  • he looks evil ha i hope this baby becomes happy. seeing him in a condition im so sad

  • He is a such a cutie:D
