    8-10 lifts. If you can do more you are using to little weight

  • @DailyGrower depends what your aiming for couse i train 3x 15 and took me ages to get to 3x15 100kg bench couse its hard

  • I came to look at this video because when i use curl bar my wrist kills while doing it or after

  • @xxzipitxx in the bone? if so that's your bones not being use to the weight lifting, lower the weight to something comfortable and do that until you're bones and muscles strengthen to handle the higher weight. I had the same problem but now Ive gone back to the heaver weight and it don't hurt.

  • @xxzipitxx week wrists u need to do rist curlslike get a medium to light weight on the curl bar put your hands close together like he does is in the videon on the ez curl and lean your hands and the bar over the edge oh the bench so only your wrists are supporting the bar and do wrist curls and youll get better wrists without em acheing after youve finished normal bar curls
