I like this but have to admit I like him better more recently (read as: sober). I'm glad his comedy's gotten a bit lighter. It's still dirty and rude (and AWESOME!) but he seems so much happier now and it really shows.

For Americans, if you watch clips of the Late Late show from 2007 or earlier you can definitely hear that his accent was thicker than it is now. But not as thick as this. It's like one has a time machine available to hear the progression of language accents by way of assimilation. You're welcome, anthropologists.

Hmmmm different comedy back then but I guess that was when he was still hittin the booze. Now hes absolutely hilarious on the Late Late Show, I also love how he sometimes becomes serious and voices what is really concerning him at that time. Easily one of my favorite comedians of all time.
