It's hard to let go of the past, its why we keep looking back. The memories, the people. We spend half our lives trying to leave home, the rest of it trying to get back to what we left. If we cant get back, we try to remember every moment of every day we ever lived so it wont slip away forever. Those days might be gone forever but we have only to touch our hearts to feel them there. Our old friends, our families & the good times, they're all there. Thats how I feel about & remember my home town!
I moved from Jeannette to Detroit in 1967. Have a lot of good memories of Jeannette, Things sure have changed there.

jeannette is so messed up now. i live in jeannette. too many drug dealers and crack heads. oh cant forget about little crack prostitutes
