Stuff like this makes me wonder the sort of parenting that some of these kids get. I'm 20 and I've only had sex with one guy - my boyfriend of one and a half years - on our one year anniversary.

For one, legalizing prostitution expands the sex industry thus expanding sex trafficking. For example, in the Netherlands, 70% of the legal prostitutes are women from foreign countries who became prostitutes for immigration purposes.
