btw adding muscle can usually hinder your performance if you arent used to fighting with it, muscles require a lot of blood and oxygen and can wear you out faster..

I admit, maybe I am a little biased because I am a huge Pride fan, and I know Big Nog is not what he used to be, but the dude actually has some solid boxing since he trains with JDS and lil nog.
