Thank you for the subtitles. I loved the song and the video and marked the original video as a favorite even though I did not understand the lyrics. I don't speak Tagalog, so after your translation, I appreciate the song & video even more, so thank you very much for your translation. I marked your version as a favorite too!
Thanks for the compliments! I plan to continue doing the translation of Filipino songs, if I find "good enough" copies of the video of songs i like, even old ones. Hope you like them too.
@angel95linsao I definitely agree that the Tagalog is more poetic. The originals typically are. I just wanted to translate the song to make non-FIlipinos understand it. I wouldn't use the word "annihilated" though (if you really meant no offense) because it's as if the song was destroyed. I did nothing to change the song! The song is still the song, with just a few more in the world understanding, and hopefully appreciating it.
@rnstomas My boyfriend is Filipino and sings this song to me. I love the song and am slowly learning Tagalog, and this translation has helped me learn in a more interesting and applicable way. Love it. Thanks.

This video is so lame and cheesy... which is why I love it- so sad though at the end :C...

good job dude
But i think you should used ' of ' instead of (for)!
I mean the last lyrics of stanza where it said
a problem (for)of one is a problem (for)of the group!
But still nice though! THX, Pinoy Rules!!!

Okay attempt at translating?? Hmm...

@rnstomas No offense, but the translations were too literal. Poetry was annihilated.

@PinkAndPurple kung pinatong niya yung mismong literal translation na pakanta sa melody then that would be "annihilating" it.
