The reason why i listen to reggae because it makes sense. There is a reason why they sing and they sing about something that is worth listening to. Weather it be positive or negative it has a meaning to it not just a bunch of crap about getting money or women like most of the music on the radio.
This song reminds me of growing up in Stockwell in South London listening to my Jamaican father and his musician friends jamming in the front room. What a beautiful, honest song, beautiful rhythmn and lyrics. Rest in Peace Dennis, we won't forget youxxx
Like everything else the great man did, this song was the boom. Thanks for creating this video with lyrics and pictures of Dennis Emmanuel Brown. This video is a reminder that even after the greatest and the best have passed away their music lives on to gives us joy and food for thought. Thanks once again for the video and thanks to you, Dennis for the legacy.
Thanks you for the comment. This tune always enable's me to handle anything that seems to come my way in life. The body of Dennis Brown may no longer be functioning but his spirit is strong on this plane of existence. It goes to show that what you do here while you are here is what its all about. .. Legacies... Hopefully of Love!
