interesting hat. I've never seen one exactly like that before. Here is a tip from the deep south. If it's very hot then take a cotten bandanna, soak it in an ice water bucket you keep in the refrigerator, and wrap it around your neck. It will cool the blood as it goes to your brain and make you feel cooler. you will need a large bandanna to be able to tie a square knot to secure it in place around your neck.
