  • That extra pressure works really well! The great thing about TP therapy is that you know how much pressure is too much and you can add more/less pressure accordingly. This keeps you from creating any damage to the muscle. Thanks for taking the time to post a comment!

  • Awesome video! I also rest my calve on my opposing knee and use it like the gold ball, rocking back and forth to find the trigger points.

  • A golf ball works, just make sure that you don't go too hard or long in one area due to the hard surface of the golf ball.

  • Golf ball works, just be careful not to go too deep (due to the hard surface) or you will bruise yourself and possibly cause damage to the soft tissue. After completing the TP work, make sure to well hydrate - your muscles will thank you later!

  • Man! I was looking for something like that for ages! I thought nothing will help my calves! First this, then I can take care of the contracture that developed because of this trigger point. Thanks a lot!
