@Juicefani11 Hello, I have a Harley Benton Slider II and it´s a surprisingly good sounding instrument. I think that the only advantage of the Tenayo lap steel is that comes with legs, something very useful if you use a volume pedal

Germany is very strict about allowing "Made in Germany" to be put on a product. Duesenberg as far as I can tell, never do say this. I believe they are assembled and set up in Hanover,Germany from parts made in Asia.

These Guitars are NOT overpriced, they are made in Hannover Germany (and not Asia like someone said) and you would pay the same or even more for a fender or gibson made in mass production in asia, so stop whining. If that is too exspensive for you you should consider changing your hobby

Any time someone makes a truly one of a kind product, it's always "overpriced" because it's more than 100 dollars.

That being said, Deusenberg is incredible.

rockinger guitars in germany. you can also buy an sx lap steel for 115, it's been done and will fit, although I made my own from scratch using the 'build your own lap steel' website.

I wanted one of this badly also... instead I just bought the bender bridge ($300 shipped from Germany) and attached it to a plank of wood. I saved $1700. Works great!

just look up rockinger guitars on google. They will sell you one for $300 or so. The bridge worked great but I ended up selling it for much less on ebay. It worked great for the time I had it though.

Btw, why did you sell it? also I`ve heard that U can add more levers in different places. Is this true? It would be hard to fit more than three or four. would really like 2 try this with an eight string lap, but those are hard 2 find. I`m actually a sax player of 25yrs, but have always dabbled with guitar. Thanks 4 replying

I play lap steel (badly) and I play a b-bender Tele, and this is sooo tempting. I've always wanted to play pedal steel, but I know I'll never have the time to learn. Adding two benders to a lap steel so that it can simulate a pedal steel (the same way a b-bender does on a guitar) is a brilliant innovation.

i just got one and is beautiful! not easy to play at first though,i am playing it without figerpicks and i dont know if that helps and make things easier.Setting up different tunings onstage is also not easy because you have to readjust the tuners but if u stay in one tunig no problem.All in all very nice i paid 1040.-eur. here is germany
