As a recovered heroin addict, I can wholeheartedly say, Oxycontin is NOT as powerful as heroin, and it is NOT everywhere. Here in Wisconsin, and Illinois, Oxycontin is a buck per milligram, and it can add up to 80mg. Most kids don't have the kind of money for that, whereas heroin which is illegal can be as little as 6 bucks per bag. Plus, if drugs are legalized, that means drug dealers won't be selling them, therefore kids ID's will be checked. So all this is wrong, thumbs up so people can see.
