@MARCFAN10 it is a show on medical mistakes. the interviewer asks the lady first what happened. she says that the doctor destroyed her bone marrow. the interviewer cannot find in his notes about the man's medical mistake. So he asks what had happened to him, the man says with funny voice, that the doctors damaged his vocal cords. The rest you don't need a translation for.later on someone from the audience wants to say something and says he overcame the same, with a different hilarious voice

Can't clarify it to the max, but the laughing is the show my friend. The things the other say are FAR from being funny, he only laughs about the funny voice. Reminds him of castration or something. He just acts perfectly, I mean laughing is WAYS more difficult than whining, let me tell you folks, there are tricks for whining (onions, bright lights, faked tears), while laughing is extremly difficult to fake.
