Yea, you would never teach a newbie how to sweep using a step on slider. SOOO dangerous (as demonstrated at the end of the video). I'd criticize his delivery too with the way he drags his back foot, but it seems to work for him. Not the USCA approved method though.

Fun, but rather b.s. they had Cathy keep the slider on during the sweeping! A gripper would have been more apropos (compared to a slip-on-slider!) for a rookie. Oh well maybe that made better television.
