Lastly, I think you forgot the flagpole skip via clipping the block, there is a way to jump past one of the flag poles, the vine glitch (see my smb glitchfest video), using a bullet bill to clip the flag pole and using a koopa shell to clip the flag pole, but I think that's it =)
to make a little more sence about getting past the flagpole, one way is with going through the ground and another is using one of those elevator lifts near the end of some level, I'm forgetting what it is though lol.
Oh, I think you forgot going through blocks while riding a moving forward platform.
