But unless you plan on compromising the cars you want to race with the cars that servers run that are populated then it's a waste of money at this point, unless of course, you just want to drive around the track by yourself. The AI is so terrible in this game it's not even worth even trying to race against them. Not only is it impossible to get them to drive decently, but it's almost near impossible to get the AI where they aren't too fast or too slow for you.

Gran conducción. Una pregunta, he jugado en el mismo circuito con el mismo coche y tengo la impresión que me gira menos en las curvas. He puesto 900grados en la config del volante y 900grados en el parámetro "Steering Wheel Range" del controller.ini del rfactor.

Es así como lo tienes? has modificado algo mas o solo es eso ?

@gasconbcn No, el parámetro que hablas lo que hace es que el volante virtual del coche gire de tope a tope los grados que le especificas; solo se trata de un aspecto visual. Creo recordar que el mod traía de mejoras diferentes bloqueos de dirección en función de los grados de giro que se fueran a usar. Si no trajera esta mejora, tan solo tiene que tocar en el set los grados de bloqueo de dirección y ponerlos en 38 (creo que es bloqueo del coche real, pero no recuerdo)

Hola! Tengo el mismo volante que tu, pero suelo usar un giro de 200º. Lo que no entiendo es por qué hay gente que pone un giro de 900º en el volante. ¿Cuál te parece a ti que es la ventaja de poner 900º frente a 200º? Me parece mucho mejor usar un giro de 200º ya que no cruzas las manos, pero tal vez haya alguna ventaja que no consigo entender. Y creo que la habrá, cuando ponen los volantes de gama alta con hasta 900º de giro, será por algo...

Ventaja en cuanto a tiempo por vuelta ninguna.

Se trata de ventaja en cuanto a realismo. La razón es porque los volantes de los coches de calle suelen tener entre 900 y 1100º grados de giro, lo cual es afinar bastante la simulación. Dependiendo el coche que se vaya a pilotar se varían los grados en función a cuantos grados de giro tiene el volante de ese coche en la realidad.

Si ves algún otro vídeo mío verás como los grados de giro varían dependiendo el tipo de coche.

..and modern rally cars eg. the EVO X have paddle shifters. Not to mention that you don't look silly "driving" one in your socks on youtube.

You're right, I don't understand sim racing. I'd rather actually do it. So i did. I bought a shitty old subaru station wagon, tore out all the heavy stuff, and did an engine swap so i would have some speed. It probably didn't cost much more than a decent gaming computer. So I'll admit it's completely lost on me.

1) No, seguramente te pase porque lo quieras hacer demasiado brusco el cambio.

2)Una videocámara para el volante, una webcam para los pies y el Fraps para grabar de la pantalla. Luego se mezcla todo con un editor y listo. ;)

No me pasarias tu config??? o darme algun dato para el g25. Tengo problemas con los ratios del embrague y acelerador. No tienen mucho rango, a simple vista en la preview dentro de la configuracion al pisar el pedal se ve bastante preciso y hasta veo la diferencia al tocar los ratios pero dentro del juego pongo 1ra con el embrague apretado y pega un tiron el auto. nose si me explico... no puedo regular, es como q tira el embrague al maximo o al minimo con muy poco margen entre ambos puntos.

Yo utilizo los datos del controller.ini del RealFeel, y nunca me ha hecho falta tocarles, respecto a lo del tirón revisa que no tengas el embrague automático activado.

Por cierto palberman, cuando tenia el volante (ahora no funciona porque se le rompio el eje de freno) usaba unos calcetos que se pegaban bien a los pedales y se conducia muy bien. Yo personalmente te los recomiendo, son calcetines Caterpillar. Ademas, 3 pares por 5€ xd.
