I requested business cards from three officers who where harassing me and my family. They refused and demanded I give them mine because they have a right to know who I am. (Video proof). One officer gave me a card that had a name and he scribbled the names of the others on the back. They dragged it out and wanted the names of my children. They even tried dragging me out of the window of my car and then through the door. They threatened to take me to jail because I requested ID's.

dont they need warrent to look through your digital camera. like turning it on and scanning through it while detaining or searching? cell phones?

here its law they show you there cert card upon request. any situation. and here they allow you to call 911 to call for supervisor or confirm. or request another officer

cops are like all people, good and bad. cops are needed and we need to be glad they are there, but in a perfect world. police can be as bad the criminals they arrest... not all criminals are "guilty" and not all cops are bad. cops are also forced to do things they do not want to do, policy either from local gov or washington dictate the laws and rules they enforce. many laws are also to help people from killing themselves and each other. without police it would be total chaos...

I'm 16 years old and live in Ontario and when im walking down the street i am stopped often and asked a bunch of questions like name phone number adress age etc. Do i have to answer any of that, or even stop and talk to them. One time i was stopped walking and they said i was drunk they could tell by looking in my eyes but had no proofbut him looking at me.Made me get in the back of the car and gave me a ride home and told me i had no choice in letting him come in my house can they do that?

nope, when ever in doubt ask, "am i free to go?" and when they ask you a question and you don't know if you have to answer ask, " am i obligated by law to answer that question?" and if you want just say I will not answer any questions until i speak to my lawyer. that should help.

Hold on, a couple of things i just noticed in this vid. First, the legal BAC limit is .08, not .8. That was probably just an honest error. Also, everyone metabolizes at 1 oz per hour. Everybody. Other factors may affect your actual impairment (i.e. dizzyness, slurred speach, etc...) but not the rate at which you metabolize alcohol.
