I'm glad to see that Ron Paul's campaign is failing. He just got destroyed in South Carolina. The funny thing is, just like last time, that RETARD will keep campaigning even after Romney has won enough delegates to clinch the nomination. What an idiot!
Ron Paul points out how our foreign policy helped cause 9/11. He keeps talking about how innocent people in Arab countries were killed, yet I've NEVER heard him mourn the deaths of the 3,000 AMERICANS who were killed on 9/11. He's an asshole. He was right about Iraq, but he's wrong on almost everything else, including his ridiculous social Darwinist laissez-faire economic views.
I don't see how failing to save lives is any better than taking lives in an unnecessary war like Iraq. STUPID Ron Paul also wanted us out of Afghanistan, an obviously JUST war, before we even killed Bin Laden. What a fucking pussy! He would have simply let Al Qaeda and the Taliban get away with their crimes, which doesn't surprise me, since he blames America for 9/11.
Ron Paul doesn't care about saving lives. He's just a cheap bastard. For instance, Ron Paul wouldn't lift a finger if a genocide was taking place somewhere else in the world. He'd simply say, "It's none of our business." That just goes to show that he's a cheap, greedy son of a bitch who puts saving money over people's lives. Paul said that he would have done nothing to stop the Holocaust. Bwahahahahahahahahaha!
Ron Paul is just about done, and he's not running for Congress this year. That means we never have to hear this asshole again in just a couple of months.
Ron Paul was right about Iraq, but he's wrong about other wars. Ron Paul wouldn't lift a finger to prevent a genocide or other atrocity from taking place if he was President. That makes him an uncaring asshole, as far as I'm concerned. Some interventionist wars are morally right.
Ron Paul is a joke in the halls of Congress. How many times has he introduced a bill that actually got signed into law? Lol.
This was in October 2002 and the bombing of the twin towers occured in November 2001....The US along with the UN imposed sanction after sanction on Saddam Hussein that he repeatedly broke time and time again. All efforts at negotiation WERE exhausted. Hussein and his sons were also warned to leave Iraq before the invasion took place and a lot of you seem to also forget the first Iraq war when Hussein invaded Kuwait and Kuwait begged the US for help. Ron Paul has it wrong, again!!
@TheSugarcube2 no sir....you have it all wrong. read a Book called "circles in the sand" about the original and modern gulf war. educate yourself on those topics and the laws of our nation. they are not subject to situational interpretation. they are based on a moral philosophy of liberty. wake up. the Iraq war is illegal. period, end of discussion.
@socomfan555 The September 11 terrorist attacks have never been effectively linked back to Saddam Hussein or Iraq, while many of the terrorists have been linked to Saudi Arabia, as well as Afghanistan.
@socomfan555 George Bush is an international criminal. Santorum has been for the war since before it began. Mitt Romney, allthough he stood neutral as a governor, later condoned the Iraq war and went as far to say that it was conducted very well.

@Edgehead10075 Mitt Romney won't beat Barrack Obama if he is the Republican Candidate. But I bet he wins the state of Utah if he is the Republican Candidate. ;)
He polls much better vs. Obama than Ron Paul does. You're apparently misinformed. If your hero Paul won the nomination, Obama would simply bring up the Civil Rights Act and the fact that Ron Paul opposes the government lifting a finger to help anyone in need; Paul would lose in a landslide much like the very similar Barry Goldwater did.
@Edgehead10075 Preliminary Polls mean nothing. If you went by "preliminary polls" you would see that Michelle Bachmann should've won Iowa's caucuses. You are sadly mistaken. Ron Paul is by no means my hero. I hate politics. The Civil Rights Act means nothing if you can't help someone. And what is help? It is giving money to people. This is help? Yeah right! Democrats won't vote for Romney and Paul's voters share the same philosophy, Obama better than Non Paul candidate. No way!
I think that you're confusing "preliminary polls" with straw polls, which are meaningless. Bachmann won some straw poll a year ago, but she wasn't ahead in Iowa in any real poll prior to the caucus.
I seriously doubt that most Paul voters would vote for Obama over Romney. They'd either stay home or vote for a third party candidate. How can anyone who supports Ron Paul's ideology vote for Obama? Anyway, I'm just going by polls, and Romney polls well against Obama right now.
Ron Paul opposes it and was the sole vote against reaffirming it on its fortieth anniversary because he is a libertarian. Libertarians believe universally in private property rights, which includes the right to not serve or hire a person based on race. That doesn't necessarily make Ron Paul a racist, but it means that he's seriously out of touch with today's society.
@Edgehead10075 I agree with that too. I don't think any business has to hire anyone. If a Bible book store was hiring and hired a bible school student over a muslim, how is that discrimination?? If the Black Panther party hired a black secretary over an asian woman, what's wrong with that?? If Burger King is owned and operated by Crack Smokers and a straight edge bible banger turns in an application but doesn't get hired because Johnny Rock Smoker turns in an application. Who cares.
@Edgehead10075 means nothing anymore? thousands of men in troops from all over europe and us, thousands of iraqi men, women and children dead over something that should not have started in the first place? what the fuck is wrong with you. if you have that attitude why mourn 9/11? like you say, it's over and means nothing anymore, supposedly. i disagree entirely with you. when people die for no good reason it should not be forgotton, what a nasty thing to think
What I obviously meant is that it's not a political issue anymore, asshole. Oh, shut the fuck up with your high and mighty bullshit. You and your hero Ron Paul would let a person without health insurance die without medical care, so don't give me your nonsense that you care about dead people, you greedy, selfish libertarian piece of shit. I've had enough of your kind, and Ron Paul is finished. You care about people until you have to pay for them.
@Edgehead10075 listen here you little nasty fuck, don't go hurling curses at me and where did all these accusations of not willing to pay for people's care come from? seriously how did you draw that conclusion, as if you know me? i'll have you know i'd pay a good sum of money to help someone and i regularly do with charities, but that's besides the point. you completely dodged the statement because you CAN'T FUCKING ANSWER IT. ha. now leave you little wank stain.
Well you were the first one to be obnoxious. I didn't dodge anything. I explained everything.
You libertarians always bring up charity. Well, let me tell you something. Charities cannot possibly help every single person in need. They don't have enough resources. Only the government does.
Ron Paul probably treats patients for free because he wants to be a "martyr" and have everyone kiss his ass for doing it.
The fact is that nobody's ass should be kissed. Poor people who can't afford health insurance on their own are society's RESPONSIBILITY. The taxpayers should help pay for their health insurance, and nobody's ass deserves to be kissed for that. Society helping the less fortunate, at least in a life and death issue like healthcare, should not be optional. It should be mandatory. Ron Paul is a big fucking idiot who thinks that poor people should kiss his ass for helping them.
My guess is that Paul would oppose discrimination in busing because buses are owned by the government, but he would defend Burger King's freedom to not serve a black person if they didn't want to.
@Edgehead10075 The Yellow Pages where I lie won't allow people to be in their Yellow Pages if they sell used air conditioning parts......Is that discrimination?? It's their business, they should do business however they want. If Burger King doesn't serve black people, it opens the door for another company like......McDonald's to serve black people. That is his opinion based upon our constitution. that should tell you something.
@mrsokla It doesn't mean he is racist. It means that he believes people have the freedom to choose who they do business with and who they hire. I can't get a job anywhere because I wear a beard and I am muslim and have to have Fridays off at 12PM for our weekly congregational prayers. So, I was forced to start my own business and pay my way through college with the money I made conducting business.
@Edgehead10075 The health care should be more important than military action in foreign countries. Every American deserves to have health care. In order for a country to achieve this, you have to cut all things that are detrimental to health. The main things are Drugs, Alcohol, Tobacco and Bad Foods. Unfortunately, unlike some Muslim countries, America is screwed in their neverending debate on healthcare. Until they realize our tax dollars deserve to be spent on health rather than soldiers.
@Edgehead10075 If we pay taxes, and we do. It should go to benefit us not someone else. I favor Sales Tax over any income tax. The closer we keep our tax dollars, the better chance we have of getting something out of our tax dollars. If nobody paid taxes, then we could use our money to do whatever we want. Hard to imagine that isn't it? Most people don't believe in the concept of "no taxation" because they automatically see "chaos" I would be interested to see a year without taxation.
No boots on the ground? I guess you just watch fox and cnn... How do you think they know where to bomb
easy to compare the two... both illegal. both under UN resolution.. both went around congress... both justified on propaganda... both have killed thousands of civilians
RON PAUL, WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER! TELL AMERICAN PEOPLE HOW EXACTLY RU GOING TO CREATE JOBS? OK LETS SAY ALL TROOPS CAME BACK AND THEN WHAT? THEY ARE GOING TO SELL IPHONES AND BLACKBERRIES? DUDE BE A MEN, HOW RU GOING TO CREATE JOBS? POPULATION OF CHINA IS 1.4 B CHINESE WORK LIKE ROBOTS, BE HONEST TELL AMERICAN PEOPLE TO BUY UR BOOK U NEED CASH , U LOVE POWER, U LOVE CASH, U WILL NEVER CREATE JOBS, U HAVE NO ANSWER!
@Hendrix92TheUniverse Yes and his son Rand Paul is making his mark as a Patriot in the Senate.
Rand Paul attempted a 7-hour filibuster against extension of the unConstitutional Patriot Act, something not seen on the Senate floor in years. Of course the THUG leadership of the Senate circumvented Constitutional protocol by SLIPPING THE EXTENSION INTO ANOTHER BILL.
HOW LONG MUST WE SUFFER UNDER CRIMINALS WHO HAVE HIJACKED THIS NATION?
@Hendrix92TheUniverse I don't know about that, now we have Rand, and pretty soon, Robert! I have a few great nephews and grandsons that are looking mighty good!!
@Edgehead10075 You sure seem to have alot of free time on your hand, trolling Ron Paul videos. Please tell me who you would rather see as president. Newt?
Hindsight is 20:20, but it takes common sense, a lifelong education, and instinct to see through the fog of foresight. Ron Paul is the most deserving person of our nation's highest office. When will people wake up and vote for what's best?
HailRasec your telling us to wake up? The war in Afghanistan is OUR WAR not in iraq. We need to find osama and bring justice to those who lost love ones in 9/11.
Where did you hear about him sending troops to brazil and Colombia ???? That my friend never happened before you say anything how bout learning the facts first. My president sent troops to Afghanistan Not Colombia and brazil.
@Filip3anut 1) My friend, one thing you have to realize is that your media is meant to serve private interest, ergo, the info you receive is very limited and biased.
2) In case you don't know, The U.S has over 350 military bases around the world, and there has been a notorious military settlement here in Brazil since the 2006. All of this without the consent of the american public and financed with your tax dollars.
@HailRasec Bin Laden is involved in 9/11 in the sense that he is the leader of The Al Qaeda. As you should know, since you seem to be a educated person, Al Qaeda is the terrorist organization that hijacked these 4 planes and crashed them into the World Trade Center, and The Pentagon on September 11, 2001. Since he is the leader of Al Qaeda, that connotates that he had to have at least something to do with the planning of the attack and The US wants to find and kill him as vengeance for 9/11.
@guitardude94 Look for the documentary "Al Qaeda Doesn't Exist" as well as a lot of other information available that every truth seeker should have found in the last NINE years.
How much has the U.S. spent on the iraq war now? The U.S. went to war with a country that didnt have anything to do with 9/11, but some people say, Sadam was a bad man anyway, well...why didnt we get him before 9/11 then, are you saying that we waiting for 9/11 first! so they could have a reason to go in. And the republicans get on the Dems back for spending too much on a health bill FOR AMERICANS.
The Dems also wanted to go to war with Iraq during the Clinton years... thus the start of sanctions. This is being repeated with Iran. The health bill is backed by lobbyists for companies not the american people... they will make money...
There is good reason to be afraid. If you love your liberties that is reason enough. Bush and now obama have shredded our bill of rights and created for us a feudal police state.
USA support terrorist Israel state to killing innocent women, children in gaza palatain people. Israel is a terrorist state. Why do not USA tell stop killing in Gaza, palastain. USA invade Iraq, Afganistan(USA get out Russian by creating taliban,jihad,al-kada etc in 80's) next Iran to circle Russia and can attack Russia from every side.9/11 was done by Israeli secrete supporter of US Govt. personnel.Free innocent, women are nothings to do with Anti Semitic. Open the prison border of Gaza.
It was pretty easy for the(state run)media to paint Ron Paul out to be a nut case.He is simply outraged, like most of us,about Washington wiping there asses with the Constitution
@ComplexKid441 THANK YOU.. god bless u.. i am a progressive so i dont agree with him on healthcare and taxes but he is strong and protects us.. he isnt a neo-con!!
@ComplexKid441 It is two years on now. Saddam is gone, we killed bin Laden, We remain in Iraq, have escalated Afghanistan, continue to send drones to bomb Pakistan, and now we are bombing Syria. All without declaration of war. just wondering, have you done any reading, End the FED, or Liberty Defined? How have your opinions or beliefs evolved?
The President is not my President. They have unconstitutionally tranferred powers out of the peoples congress representatives over to a fiat dictatorship executive branch and we will not stand for it.
I know man, I know. During this time I was hard asleep on thinking the government was here for us and I liked Bush just because I was registered Republican. Ron Paul was the reason I got so into politics and wanting to get this country back to it's Constitutional roots. Ron Paul is 100% right here.
How did they get into an illegal war? I don't believe they though he could do it, or even get away with it meanwhile they sat there in disbelief watching it unfold.
Wars Are only Fought when we cannot get people behind our economic policies -- If nations like N.Korea, Venezuela, Iran would trade oil like they had been in US Dollars so we control the currancy there would be no Wars --
Ask Iraq what happened when in 2000 they switched to the Euro
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
ron paul is a good debater and hes a resoinable person, but seriously his reforms are crazy.
he wants to get rid of the fed, IRS, homeland security, pin the dollar to gold, get out of Afganistan as well (why would u do that), basically get rid of the government except its role in raising/lowering taxes.
Most definitely, but people have the idea of him being an isolationist, but he's not against war. He's against unnecessary ones, war is his last option, and he'd only go to war with a declaration by Congress.
It's all fundamentally about whether you believe government should have a strong role in the regulation of the economy and of government programs.
I believe that market failures in the past (US in 1867, dot com bust, recent economic slowdown - leading to Northern Rock and Bear Sterns bail outs) demonstrate that the government should attempt to fix the negative externalities or market failures of the economy.
Other citizens of America believe in a free market system such as the one Ron Paul advocates.
While we are debating these issues, I think that we should recognize that we are all citizens trying to make America become a better place, and each of us have our own views of how we achieve that.
Some believe in intervationalism while others do not.
Who wants the Fed? since 1913 they have devalued our currency by 96% -- our money is not backed buy anything but our word so why give government the power to start the printing press devaluing our money?
Pin the dollar to gold -- no he is not for that but would allow gold to be PART of our backing
Out of Afghanistan? you feel we should police the world for OIL and other resources? You really have not read about the TAP Pipeline? or you just like policing the world expecting NO blowback -
I admit the Fed may not be the best institution in dealing with the economy, but it is better than letting the economy become completely free. 1. Fed is not elected by people, so it is not accountable to Americans and can have its own agenda 2. Alan Greenspan even admits that the Fed needs to be changed, however completely getting rid of the Fed would destroy the economy. 3. The Fed has performed wellin this economy crisis, despite the fact that I don't agree with them always printing money.
As for pinning the dollar to gold, while he might not want to pin every dollar to gold, it would be impossible to do this. We simply do not have enough gold. Other countries don't pin the dollar to gold. I do realize that if global citizens suddenly lose faith in currency, we will be f---ed.
Give me control of a nation's money supply, and I care not who makes its laws". - Baron Rothschild (of the Rothschild Banking Dynasty).
Remember our Dollar is backed by NOTHING other then our word so when you continue to devalue it by running the Printing Press for every Crisis that comes up and the FED is Keeping interest rates ultra-low on purpose we are going to run into Stagflation not to far down the road -- Check out Jim Rodgers and others all backing out of our currency
See our currency is only backed by our word and the power of our military aka (Industrial military complex) has been to have everyone trade OIL in Dollars -- This is no longer the case as Venezuela, Iran, N.Korea are all using Euros now -- this means we cannot control the currency and manipulate at will with the FED like we wanted and if people are not using Dollars we loose our value even more.
Iraq switched to the Euro in 2000 - SO we made then a lesson in the public's Eye --
Ron Paul is not pinning the dollar to Gold but would use it as a PART of backing our money ;) -- People hear him talk about the gold and always thing he wants to pin it to gold -- this is incorrect
The FED with Bernanke is most powerful people in the world -- not our President
The FED has done nothing other then devalue our currency if you think that is good -- no One man can ever know all of the complex markets so why are you behind a man setting the rates for all the markets?
The USA is sliding down a terrible path dooming our kids and grand kids to inherit the largest third world country ever. We the people must take back control of our government and our nation.
At the risk of sounding like a mindless fanboy, I'm going to say that if there ever were heros in politics, he would certainly be one for many reasons.
Please don't jump to mindless conclusions. The Speaker often designates a temporary speaker to preside in the Speaker's absence. Hence, the form of address Madam Speaker.
I have posted a link (About This Video) to the transcription of Ron Paul's intervention and another resolution (2001) where the Representatives address the Madam Speaker. Pelosi was the 1st woman to hold the Speakership on January 3, 2007.
I understand you are stunned to hear such "prophetic words" in 2002.
Ah. If only there were more fine politicians like him. Ron Paul 2012.

@TheSugarcube2 Saddam never attacked us. Saddam nevered persued agression after he got smacked in the early 90s.
There was no compelling evidence found for WMDs and there were no WMDs.
UN sanctions were then an act of aggression that did not involve the national security of the United States.

It's their business, they should do business however they want. If Burger King doesn't serve black people, it opens the door for another company like......McDonald's to serve black people. That is his opinion based upon our constitution. that should tell you something.
mrsokla 1 month ago
@mrsokla It doesn't mean he is racist. It means that he believes people have the freedom to choose who they do business with and who they hire. I can't get a job anywhere because I wear a beard and I am muslim and have to have Fridays off at 12PM for our weekly congregational prayers. So, I was forced to start my own business and pay my way through college with the money I made conducting business.
mrsokla 1 month ago
@Edgehead10075 The health care should be more important than military action in foreign countries. Every American deserves to have health care. In order for a country to achieve this, you have to cut all things that are detrimental to health. The main things are Drugs, Alcohol, Tobacco and Bad Foods. Unfortunately, unlike some Muslim countries, America is screwed in their neverending debate on healthcare. Until they realize our tax dollars deserve to be spent on health rather than soldiers.

I agree with some of what you're saying here, and it's obvious that you're not a "Paultard." I apologize for assuming that you were one.
Edgehead10075 1 month ago
@Edgehead10075 If we pay taxes, and we do. It should go to benefit us not someone else. I favor Sales Tax over any income tax. The closer we keep our tax dollars, the better chance we have of getting something out of our tax dollars. If nobody paid taxes, then we could use our money to do whatever we want. Hard to imagine that isn't it? Most people don't believe in the concept of "no taxation" because they automatically see "chaos" I would be interested to see a year without taxation.

@mrsokla but with all the tax schemes combined, it makes it very difficult for any one person to be truly independent financially.

Filip3anut 2 years ago
@Filip3anut 1) My friend, one thing you have to realize is that your media is meant to serve private interest, ergo, the info you receive is very limited and biased.
2) In case you don't know, The U.S has over 350 military bases around the world, and there has been a notorious military settlement here in Brazil since the 2006. All of this without the consent of the american public and financed with your tax dollars.
HailRasec 2 years ago
@Filip3anut 3) The U.S is seeking to install military bases in Colombia, and there's a major dispute over that matter in those regions.
This is one of the reasons I support Ron Paul. He seems to be well aware of the foreign policy.
I do believe I'm unable to post links here so I'll pm you with the sources.
P.S. How is BinLaden involved in 911 ? Seriously, I want to know.
HailRasec 2 years ago
Setting up military bases is different from sending troops. we sent troops to Afghanistan to find osama.
My friend not all media is showing americans bias information. i know where i get my information and they are all true.
Im a democrat and ironically ive been watching ron paul videos right now on gay marriage, im not gay but i support gay marriage.
Filip3anut 2 years ago
@HailRasec Bin Laden is involved in 9/11 in the sense that he is the leader of The Al Qaeda. As you should know, since you seem to be a educated person, Al Qaeda is the terrorist organization that hijacked these 4 planes and crashed them into the World Trade Center, and The Pentagon on September 11, 2001. Since he is the leader of Al Qaeda, that connotates that he had to have at least something to do with the planning of the attack and The US wants to find and kill him as vengeance for 9/11.

ron paul is a good debater and hes a resoinable person, but seriously his reforms are crazy.
he wants to get rid of the fed, IRS, homeland security, pin the dollar to gold, get out of Afganistan as well (why would u do that), basically get rid of the government except its role in raising/lowering taxes.
bezerkfurp 3 years ago
You're misguided there. He voted for action in Afghanistan.
CrimsonFlameRTR 3 years ago
he may have done that. but during the debates, he said he wanted to completely get out of the middle east.
bezerkfurp 3 years ago
Most definitely, but people have the idea of him being an isolationist, but he's not against war. He's against unnecessary ones, war is his last option, and he'd only go to war with a declaration by Congress.
CrimsonFlameRTR 3 years ago
You might as well rephrase your accusations: "He's in favor of freedom, prosperity, peace, sound mone, minding our own business, and more freedom."
What's wrong with that???
aikefu 3 years ago 4
It's all fundamentally about whether you believe government should have a strong role in the regulation of the economy and of government programs.
I believe that market failures in the past (US in 1867, dot com bust, recent economic slowdown - leading to Northern Rock and Bear Sterns bail outs) demonstrate that the government should attempt to fix the negative externalities or market failures of the economy.
bezerkfurp 3 years ago

You really have not read about the TAP Pipeline? or you just like policing the world expecting NO blowback -
Patriot4Liberty1776 3 years ago
I admit the Fed may not be the best institution in dealing with the economy, but it is better than letting the economy become completely free. 1. Fed is not elected by people, so it is not accountable to Americans and can have its own agenda 2. Alan Greenspan even admits that the Fed needs to be changed, however completely getting rid of the Fed would destroy the economy. 3. The Fed has performed wellin this economy crisis, despite the fact that I don't agree with them always printing money.
bezerkfurp 3 years ago
As for pinning the dollar to gold, while he might not want to pin every dollar to gold, it would be impossible to do this. We simply do not have enough gold. Other countries don't pin the dollar to gold. I do realize that if global citizens suddenly lose faith in currency, we will be f---ed.
bezerkfurp 3 years ago
Give me control of a nation's money supply, and I care not who makes its laws". - Baron Rothschild (of the Rothschild Banking Dynasty).
Remember our Dollar is backed by NOTHING other then our word so when you continue to devalue it by running the Printing Press for every Crisis that comes up and the FED is Keeping interest rates ultra-low on purpose we are going to run into Stagflation not to far down the road -- Check out Jim Rodgers and others all backing out of our currency
Patriot4Liberty1776 3 years ago
See our currency is only backed by our word and the power of our military aka (Industrial military complex) has been to have everyone trade OIL in Dollars -- This is no longer the case as Venezuela, Iran, N.Korea are all using Euros now -- this means we cannot control the currency and manipulate at will with the FED like we wanted and if people are not using Dollars we loose our value even more.
Iraq switched to the Euro in 2000 - SO we made then a lesson in the public's Eye --
Patriot4Liberty1776 3 years ago
Ron Paul is not pinning the dollar to Gold but would use it as a PART of backing our money ;) -- People hear him talk about the gold and always thing he wants to pin it to gold -- this is incorrect
The FED with Bernanke is most powerful people in the world -- not our President
The FED has done nothing other then devalue our currency if you think that is good -- no One man can ever know all of the complex markets so why are you behind a man setting the rates for all the markets?

Please don't jump to mindless conclusions. The Speaker often designates a temporary speaker to preside in the Speaker's absence. Hence, the form of address Madam Speaker.
