Works with my HTC Desire (on rc2) but the remote is VERY small) compared to the one in the vid.

got my xstreamer today and now tried to control it with my HTC Hero (Android), but it doesnt work. any hints? Already tried a different browser.

The point is the Xtreamer can also play audio files and I for one would like to be able to control audio playback from pc or phone so I don't need to turn the tv on to control the music playback on my amplifier.

why should I want to use my mobile as a remote? wouldn't it be better if instead of throwing money on pointless solutions you put that money towards the R&D of a new proper quality remote?

correct me if I'm wrong but with this solution you still need "a million remotes around the house" plus one mobile which acts as a remote. so this makes a 1000001 "remotes". and within the 1000001 you still have the dodgy original one which is by far the worst remote which has ever seen the daylight.
