I got stuck on the Peter Pan ride at Disneyland in June for about 20 minutes. We got one announcement that we could only hear part of. Everyone stuck on the ride was yelling. "What? What did you say?" They turned the lights on and all we heard was,"I'm turning the lights on. Mumble, mumble, mumble. So whatever you do, don't mumble mumble mumble!!! Okay?" Everyone was taking pics when they had the lights on. Trust me, the ride looks real cheap and crappy when you can see it like that.
i was stuck on this for 20 minutes. then stuck on test track the next day twice. then the family that got stuck in front of us told us they were stuck when they were upside down on rockin roller coaster the night before! lol hope it doesnt happen again!! :)
Exactly same thing happened to me like a month ago and I was stuck on the Peter pan ride for 20 or more min inside for someone to come and help us get out
I got stuck on Pirates of the Caribbean for an hour and a half..At the part when you hear "dead men tell no tales" over and over and over again...let me just say, even though POTC is my favorite ride, NOT a good experience
@MegaCoffeecat Well the lights dont turn on. Its just normal besides your stopped. I thought it was fun to be in the graveyard because people freak out when the skeletons pop out lol
I got stuck on the Winnie the Pooh ride at Disney World once. I was in the "Owl's house" scene for like 5 minutes. Got to see pretty much every detail. Then it got stuck again during the rain scene and the lights came on. The illusion was destroyed! Oh well.
It actually did brake earlier but this is when we pulled out the camera. If you would like me to tell you more about inside the broken ride's features and stuff u didn't see here, just reply to this.
Well in the beginning of the ride when u look down u will see what looks like a city with cars driving on the roads. At first I thought it might be a little city model but it was really just the floor with some designs and little lights going though the fake streets. Also, the stars u will see are just lights on wires hanging off of the walls.
It's a pretty awsome ride in the dark but is even cooler with the lights on. When your on the ride it seems like your about 12ft off the ground and well, u are. I was kind of surprised when I looked down. I didn't actually know that they were willing to take us up that high considering how much people weigh now adays. :)
All you're suspended by is a rail. It doesn't look to strong but apparently it is. Thanks for da comment. Have fun at Disney World. I hope that the peter Pan ride is the same there as it is in Disney Land. thats were this video was taken. Btw i'm the kid in the ride. My dad's taking the video cause he wanted to take a video for our channel.
They also had to go through the whole thing because if u get off the ride and walk backwards u will find your self facing the roofs of fake houses ,and the people working there probably won't allow u to climb them.
Every other time i get in line for peter pan, it breaks down...

it goes about 8 -10 feet above the ground. there's different heights throughout the ride.

How high does this actually go?

what happens for the people who it breaks down on in the nursury? surely they dont have to go through the entire ride when they can just walk off

mariners72 2 years ago
oh wow that would stink. that would spoil the entire thing...but it'd still be kind of cool
SxyChicDisney 2 years ago
@mariners72 Actually, the fake roofs are basically cover for some stairs hiding next to them.

@mariners72
Nope. Been on both, and I think you're lucky to have the better one at Disneyland.
