BUT it made me laugh chuckle and giggle not at you but with you. i would throw the L word to describe your video but not here LOL. you and senior T are a great pair of guys. keep up the great workouts and the excellent videos both of you
@digitalwatcher I have discovered some simple things to do to stay active like getting up and moving during every commercial when I watch tv and some other crazy sounding things. I stand at the counter alot and work on the computer opposed to sitting as well. All the little things add up and eventually show.Standing does not burn many calories, but it is more than sitting.
@forevermissingmom I'm with you on this effort to stomp out obesity. I have to say it is MUCH easier to resist the temptation to eat mindlessly when I think of all the awesome people rooting for me. I am rooting for you too my friend.

I'm in my office- I just had a guy stop by to ask me some questions. He was right outside my window when I started this video! I had my speakers up too loud cause I was watching a softer video awhile ago and I had to turn it up. So the guy in the foyer thinks "I'm mad as hell and I want him to get his ass in here!"
