hey ur really good, i got a full and am workin on doubles i just need to pull longer. in ur punch fronts try to set a bit first, it'll give u more momentum in ur step-out and more power overall not hatin, just some i advice that helped me!! good job dude!
@airsoftpr7 trampoline, practice tricks from coming out of a round-off or back handspring. try spring boards first like at a gym, or sometihng first..
awesome :D you´re gettin better and better. 40 - 50 yrs ago double backs were like the highest skill of pro gymnasts and you´re doin them like nothing ^^ keep it up, next is tsukahara :P

He's doing Russian fronts, where you swing your arms behind you to get momentum. I hear it takes a little less effort than the traditional method.
