@BboySoulja1 it definitely looks better when you're hips are higher up. i'm pretty sure machine has his hips lowered just for the sake of showing the move since it's kinda tiring to keep your hips high for almost 3 minutes lol

This is sweet, But i Just watched a tutvid from Brooklyn's dynamic sqaud and the only thing missing in this video is the bravery ( and thus the blow up factor) of pushing off your feet BEFORE you rotate your abdominal wall. When a guy looks like he's gonna erupt inot a back flip or sky swipe every time it just makes your heart go Boom!

Yeah, yeah. I've been working out for a while, so I know all about breathing right when you're moving around. I think my movements were just wrong, I didn't have anyone to watch me (more like I didn't want anyone to watch me) so I don't really know how I did.

You have to lock your stomach muscles to keep your hips up. It helps to throw your legs a bit higher than you need to when you are learning. to get more momentum, try keeping your arms straight, and throw them in a wide circle from the floor over your head straight up vertically towards the ceiling and back to the floor

yo this is like the newbie guide to swipes, he doesnt even explain the whip your supposed to get. this is a watered down version of a true swipe, but then again, u can't learn that shit in one day like most ppl looking @ these guides would want. I havent even seen machine himself do swipes like this
