Bullshit list from someone who obviously never played most of the races. Necrons in Dark Crusade were absolutly op and still are extremly strong. Eldar in late game are extremly powerfull and right played they can obliterate anything.

But what should one expect from someone called "ANIME" warrior.

There is no "strongest" factions in game. It's all up to player. Normal player could beat enemy(a real player, not a bot) even with two squads of basic infantry, but if player a loser, he couldn't beat enemy even with huge army and super units. Sad but true.

It's an rts, you must control a lot of people, but it's pretty easy to manage all of them if you know how to use the panel tools and the keyboard shortcuts, one just need some practice.

Space Marines are like the special unit of the empire and imperial guards the regular army. But dont consider the events in dark crusade as canon. Its just a excuse to fight each other

Both of them, if you upgrade the monolith 4 times (alot of money) it can move, teleport and has exreme power and kills like evrything in the game. Also it can still recruit units and be repaired.
