@elizsong3249 Hello there elizsong, PBL runs every summer in Philadelphia, but is organized mainly be several churches in our area and sign up happens through those churches (youth groups). Chinese Gospel Church, Chinese Christian Church and Center, China Grace, Wilmington Community Church and Trinity Church.
