Please let me ask a question here, have you guys ever being flying all over the sectors like an idiot to buy your ship weapons?

It is so painful...the stock of the weapon factory is always low!! come on it is war time against Xenon, why don't they just produce more weapons!

@ironmaiden66695 Which HD card do you have? HD 3000 is a pretty decent card and definitely should work smoothly. Keep in mind the memory is also an important factor...You may want 8g memory to run the game smoothly. After your in game time is longer than one week, you don't want to wait and stare at the black screen while passing through every star gate. good luck!

@DjShadowsound265 It has a story mode (not too much of a story ,mostly a go-there-do-that-destroy-that type of story) X-TerranConflict has a very hard learning curve (takes a week to learn how to play right) the game is in a sandbox universe you can do anything you like but destroying civilian ships or police/military/pirate ships will be hard because you must dodge incoming plasma bursts and rockets and/or CapitalShips.

Is a good game if you have time for it.Any questions ask me anytime.

I have nightmares about those words. I dread the moments when I'm minding my own business, exploring space, when all of a sudden the ship computer tells me that one of my traders was stupid enough to wander into an enemy sector and get himself killed.

Could someone please give me advice on how to make and manage a fleet of some sort? I've tried, and besides having troubles actually getting enough weapons for more than 2 ships, I also can't seem to direct them in any meaningful way, and if I use wings, I can't seem to give any of the ships in the wing individual orders without fighting with the game. I also can't protect myself from missiles in fighters and corvettes for the life of me, literally.

Nice use of God Mode. Nothing to be ashamed about though, I know hardly anyone... even hardcore players, who haven't switched it on when invading a Xenon Sector.

It is practically suicide to enter those places without it as your capital ships have to jump in one at a time at a specific gate meaning there are upto 5 Xenon Battleships pounding it before it can lock on to them.

Nightmare trying to take over those places.

@ZWraiths i got an msi ge620 laptop. runs most anything on high to max settings without a hitch. its a 1300 dollar laptop but ive seen it as low as 800 dollars on one site. got mine for 1100 from newegg.com. you should deffinately check out msi. they make very nice machines.

Freelancer is an RPG type of game. While x3 is more economy base and reputation base. In freelancer you follow a story, while in x3 you make your story. you end up with huge commercial fleets, stations, and can destroy everything arround.

They should make a game like eve mixed with mag. Where you can have control of lead ship if your high enough level and lower level people fly smaller craft and you tell them where to go and have giant ass space battles. So it would be like eve-mag-and battlefront 2 space battle.
