I didn't play survivalist. I was oriented to get far as fast as possible. So I didn't go to waste time replenishing fuel or shield. At 3:56 you can see what happens after you run out of fuel.

Nice game. I had it on my old 8088 XT with 4 colour CGA and beeper sound. FUN. Thanks to DosBox I can play it again. The Atari music is nice, but where's the sound?

One of the rare games that don't have in-game sounds.

!? The PC version has no music during play. Just an intro. And the sounds are 555 timer lo-fi but nice. When you play it with DOSBox it emulates the speaker, which is nice because it improves the sound quality a bit and you can adjust the volume and record the sound.

The only problem is that there are F1 to F10 in Atari ST/STE :-)
