Renown Recon, So when halo waypoint comes out, will we have to get all of the achievements for halo waypoint to get that recon helmet etc?

You have to meet criteria. (Milestones) Once you complete a Milestone you unlock something for your Avatar. I'm not sure which milestone unlocks what, because it unlocked all of them for me.
