here's an easy way (works only with firefox)

go to filehippo download the latest version of real palyer and install (please make sure you check all the boxes when you are actually installing the programme)

open firefox>go to ur desired video>move mouse on the video and on the top right hand side (ur right left of the video) u shall see a link pop up saying (Download this video) click on it and it shall download it for you as well as convert to any format you want. :)
