My friend was one of the blue people (The shortest girl) only half the original French troop were there, the rest were local volunteers. They only had about 6 hours to get used to chucking the barrels till they went crazy round Yarmouth :)
Restrictions in France on street art ain't the same as ours, but you can bet Health & Safety will be all over them in 2011 & 2011 as Bivouac should be coming back.

@LambastMercy I did notice a blue girl struggling with a barrel near the end, it must have been hard work.
