After you made your first video about origami diagram about making 3rds, I downloaded the program and experiment it for 1 - 2 hours and I can do the things you did in the making thirds video, all i know is that this program is really simple to use.

Select the line, go to menu Object->Fill and stroke (Ctrl+Shift+F), go to stroke style tab and change the width

@TheSuperorigami Currently, Inkscape does not have multipage support. The main reason is that the current SVG standard does not support multipage documents, although the upcoming SVG revision 1.2 will do.

But there is an extension that will allow you to make multiple pages: go to sourceforge (dot)net and search "inkscape-pages". This extension will use the "layers" as different pages

How do you have a border around your square cause when i make a square there is no border?

Maybe it is without color. Try shift+click a color on the palette

Or maybe the line width is set to zero. Press Ctrl+Shift+F (or menu Object->Fill and stroke) and check the width on the "stroke style" tab
